Real Estate
Our real estate practice includes representing purchasers and sellers of residential real estate. The firm also counsels and represents clients in:
- Preparation of leases, sales contracts, partnership and shareholder agreements, mortgage loan documents, and other real estate-related documents;
- Litigation matters involving real estate in State courts;
- Substantial experience in complex commercial and financial matters

Employment and Labor Law
Employment and labor law has been a primary focus of the firm since its inception. The firm has essentially represented management and Plaintiffs in numerous areas including:
- Investigations and complex litigation involving Federal and State anti-discrimination and human rights statutes;
- Negotiation and preparation of employment contracts; severance agreements and litigation related to such matters;
- Drafting and negotiation of collective bargaining agreements;
- Processing of labor grievances;
- Labor arbitrations;
- Union organizing campaigns and related litigation;
- Various issues related to benefit plans and ERISA matters as well as related litigation
Current members of the firm also have had extensive experience in representing several major labor organizations in the construction industry, as well as related construction industry benefit funds.
Commercial Litigation
The firm’s litigation practice represents clients in all stages of litigation (both Trial and Appellate) in both State and Federal Courts, as well as before arbitral, administrative and governmental agencies. Dandeneau & Lott has extensive experience assisting clients in such diverse matters as:
